I am a local builder with over 25 years experience working on properties in Cowes.
In the last 4 years I have fully developed over 21 properties in Cowes, some for holiday let clients, some for landlords & some for myself . As a landlord myself I understand the need to have someone to trust to look after your property needs.
I am currently looking after several properties for local & mainland clients & I see this growing year on year. Hence the offer of this new service. All my business usually comes from word of mouth & repeat business which works well in the Cowes area.
