We are a local business with over 25 years experience looking after properties in Cowes.
In the last 5 years we have fully developed over 27 properties in Cowes, some for holiday let clients, some for landlords & some for ourselves. So as property owners ourselves we understand the need to have someone to trust to look after all your property needs.
The emergency business is now in its 4th year & we have seen the number of properties registered increase year on year.
We now have clients who own properties in Cowes are currently in China, Canada , France, Switzerland, Germany & the mainland as well as those who live on the island who own 2nd homes or rental properties.
Those owners who don't live near the property have found our service essential & provided them with the piece of mind that their property is being well looked after.
Due to the number of properties that are now registered we have been able to negotiate deals with other services like Carpet cleaning etc.
